Farm Estate Winery and Vineyard

Alderlea Vineyards, located in the increasingly popular Cowichan Valley is one of Vancouver Island's premier estate wineries.

After a careful site selection process Roger and Nancy Dosman bought the future Alderlea Vineyards property in 1992. Following thoughtful and complete site development, planting began in 1994.  Today the mature vineyard averages between 28 to 36 tons annually and produces premium wines, using varieties a-tuned to the climate, market and the winemaker's preferences.

Using 100% estate grown grapes, the average production for the winery is about 2,000 cases, maintaining a continual demand.

With close to 20 years of brand establishment the winery has built strong sales channels with resorts and restaurants, private wine shops and a loyal private client list.

On a scenic 10-acre property with a well maintained 2,900 sq ft private residence, highly organized 3,000 sq ft equipment and production area with retail tasting room, and equipment storage shed the property is a fully integrated business and lifestyle.
