Situated on a 31-acre farm in the heart of the Cowichan Valley, Blue Grouse is one of the founding Estates wineries of Vancouver Island.  As family owned and operated business, all wines are grown, produced and bottled at Blue Grouse Vineyards.

The southern slopes of the vineyard provide ideal growing conditions for producing premium Germanic-style wines.  Located 45 km north of Victoria or 7 km south of Duncan, the terroir encompasses wind protection by evergreen trees, an all-southern exposure, a combination of clay and gravely soil, and the nurturing pure air and spring water.
